White Tapioca Boba

Unlike the typical boba, Tea Zone White Tapioca is white in color before and after preparation.Tea Zone white Tapioca Pearls are made from tapioca flour/starch which is derived from the cassava root. The flour is rolled into balls and boiled until it has a chewy consistency.The ingredients of these tapioca boba include: Tapioca Starch, Water, Modified Starch, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose, Maple Flavor, Potassium Sorbate.

Cooking Instruction

• Boil Water
• Pour boba into boiling water and stir to keep them separate.
• Continue to simmer in a slow boil(low heat) for 6 minutes, After 3 minutes, stir once for 15 seconds, then Continue to simmer in a slow boil.
• Turn off heat, let pot sit an additional 6 minutes while covered.
• Strain and rinse tapioca to remove excess starch.
• Soak tapioca in a sugar mixture for 10 minutes. Stir cooked tapioca every hour.Hold up to 6 hours.

Tips for Cooking

• Do NOT wash or rinse tapioca pearls before cooking.
• Do NOT add them until the water is boiling.
• Do NOT consume uncooked products.Content must be thoroughly cooked prior to consumption.
• Please adjust the cooking time according to the size of tapioca pearls.
• Not using enough water may cause them to become starchy and sticky.

Applications & Storage

Tea Zone raw tapioca pearls are delicious added to milk tea and many other kinds of drinksare. Adding them to any drink (hot or cold) for a fun and unique experience!

*Please keep in original package until use. The shelf-life of unopened product is 6 months.

*Aviod excessive exposure to light,heat and moisture.

*Once opened, Please use them within 3 days, and store in an air-tight container.
