What are essential oils?

Essential oils come from the highly concentrated liquid extracted from a plant’s “essence” or its flower, twig, bark, seed or peel. How to use Essential Oils?

• Add to carrier oils, moisturizers, body lotions or water- Take 2 drops of essential oil and dilute it with 1 teaspoon (5ml) of carrier oil, moisturizer, body lotion or water.
• Apply to the skin- Do not apply directly to skin, always dilute essential oils with neutral smelling carrier oil before application on the skin.
• Use an essential oil diffuser- Essential Oils are placed in diffuser with water and due to heat, oil will diffuse or evaporate in the surrounding.
