WHAT ARE MONK FRUIT SWEETENERS?

Monk fruit, also known as lo han guo or Swingle fruit, is a small round fruit native to southern China. Monk fruit sweeteners are no-calorie sweeteners that can be used to lower one’s intake of added sugars, while still providing satisfaction to enjoy the taste of something sweet. Some types of sweeteners in this category are considered low-calorie — such as aspartame, and others are no-calorie (e.g., monk fruit sweeteners, stevia sweeteners and sucralose). SUGAR-FREE KETO WHIPPED CREAM

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a medium chilled bowl, combine heavy cream, Monk fruit sweetener, and vanilla.
  • Use a hand mixer or stand mixer to beat on high 1-2 minutes, until soft peaks form.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups Heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)
  • 3 tbsp ONETANG Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
