• Easy-to-use tube type miso. No need to scoop out the miso using a rice scoop or other tools, as is the case with miso in a tub. Miso is manufactured in Aoki Miso Shoten, Ritto City, Shiga Prefecture, Japan. Established in 1764 in the middle of the Edo period.
• Contents: 300g (10.58OZ),Approximately 15g of miso is used per serving therefore, so you can enjoy up to 20 servings of Miso soup. The paste isn't limited to soup only and can be used for other recipes.
