A new lesson
I never thought I could be digging into a strange topic for my profession but a good friend of mine was in desperation because his life had turned suddenly gray. He was losing his strength for walking and felt some electricity pulses in his left arm. Reading this book, I discovered the importance of this nerve that few people, even doctors, pay attention to. I chose some exercises and encouraged him to do them together. After one week of practice, my friend noticed some advancement; he was so satisfied that he was performing a new routine by himself. This man got his life back. Additionally, we have been enjoying together with this family the recommended food to keep this nerve healthy. This experience opens a new window in my career.

Old and new
One of the deficiencies of modern science is that it tends to put old science into oblivion. That is unfair, considering the vast knowledge available and the ailments that have been treated with information from years ago. I am delighted to see a comprehensive book like this one nowadays. This is a serious treatment of a small part of our body that plays a major role in all our physical activities. The book comes with a series of easy-to-do exercises to stimulate the vagus nerve. I am the type of practicing more stretching but some of my patients report feeling comfortable with laughter therapy. I have to mention that the book has an integral approach that includes a section on foods to stimulate this nerve and restore your strength.

Critical information
I have seen people that have come to me with limited movement in their legs. In those cases, before assigning any exercise, I have a conversation with them about their eating habits and their daily lives. I have found a common link in those clients. Their physical problem is related to their neural system. Based on my experience, I have designed for them some routines consisting of vagus nerve therapy and a special diet. I am pleased to know that a book like this can cover both elements. This guide presents an approach to a difficult topic so that the reader can understand its importance. The exercises described are easy to follow at home and I have tried most of them with my patients, who have presented a good rate of recovery.

Food and nerves
I knew about the properties of the vagus nerve barely five years ago. Since then, I have been trying to learn about the topic because I was convinced that some food had to favor its stimulation. After years of watching videos, I have now in my hands the resource I had been looking for. With comprehensive information in common language and a holistic approach, this book is full of knowledge for those interested in keeping good health. I enjoyed the section on foods to eat. But I recommend reading about vagus nerve disorders to understand the importance of having this organ working properly. The exercises are varied but I chose yoga because I have been practicing this art for some time; now I have another reason to do so.

A new beginning
I have dedicated all my life to cooking and my occupation almost came to an end when suddenly one of my hands started to shake from time to time. After checking several doctors, one of them told me that my condition was related to the vagus nerve. I did not understand his words; so, I decided to educate myself on the topic and I encountered that this book was the only document that described something I could process. This material explains the importance of this nerve and also offers a series of exercises designed to strengthen it. The doctor agreed with the practice and I have drastically reduced the shaking and the medications. What I liked the most is the section related to food. Now I have new dishes to cook, and a good experience to tell.
