About the Author

Alicia Wolf is the author of The Dizzy Cook cookbook and the voice behind thedizzycook.com, an award-winning blog dedicated to improving the diet and lifestyle for those who suffer from migraine. She works with the Vestibular Disorders Association and Miles for Migraine, and has been featured on the Association of Migraine Disorders, the American Migraine Foundation, Good Morning Texas, foodgawker, National Headache Foundation, Healthline, and more. She is also a partner to the American Migraine Foundation. Alicia lives in Dallas, Texas.



Shin C. Beh, MD, FAAN, FAHS is a neurologist specializing in balance and migraine, with a focus on vestibular migraine. He set up the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center’s very first Vestibular Neuro-Visual Disorders clinic, built to help care for those with neurological disorders that cause vertigo, dizziness, and imbalance, and is the founder of the Beh Center for Vestibular & Migraine Disorders. Dr. Beh is the author of books focusing on migraine, including Victory Over Vestibular Migraine and The Migraine Manual. He lives in Frisco, Texas.
