What do you mean by "Complete Nutrition”?

Soylent products are considered a complete meal because they contain all 39 essential nutrients – a combination of complete plant-based protein, slow burning carbs, healthy fats, and a variety of micronutrients that our body cannot produce.

How much Soylent should I drink? Can I replace every meal?

While Soylent can replace any meal, it is not intended to replace every meal. Try incorporating Soylent gradually into a balanced diet and, as with any change in diet, talk to your health care provider to determine if Soylent fits your needs.

How long will my Soylent last?

Soylent that is unopened can be stored at room temperature with a shelf-life of up to one year; after opening, reseal, refrigerate and enjoy within 3 days. The "Best By" date is simply the date where we have data for best taste and texture quality.

Why “soy”?

Soy is the only complete plant-based protein, meaning it contains all 9 essential amino acids needed for healthy, functioning bodies. Pea protein is not a complete protein as it is lacking some amino acids.

Is Complete Protein a meal replacement or protein shake?
