Prunelax Ciruelax is an effective natural laxative made from dried plums extract and senna leaves that relieves occasional constipation and helps maintain bowel regularity.

Sen or Cassia angustifolia Vahl is a bush that grows in the Arabian Peninsula and North Africa. Their leaves and fruits have been used as laxatives for more than 2,000 years and there are dozens of studies certifying its effectiveness and safety.

The active principle found within the leaves and fruits are Anthraquinones, where are sennosides. Sennosides have a double laxative effect: stimulants because they stimulate bowel movement, decreasing the transit time; and softeners they stimulate the secretion of liquids, that softens and lubricates the stool, which reduces pain when defecating.

Prunelax don´t lead to dependence.

Dependence is a process that involves brain structures. Prunelax isn't absorbed into the bloodstream, so it cannot reach the brain and create dependency.
