Delicious just-off-the-grill Results in a few easy steps
Preheat the Lékué Microwave Grill in the microwave oven for 3 minutes (900W) before placing food on it. Be careful when removing the product from the microwave; the plates will be hot.
Brush food with a little oil for a better result, if preferred.
Place the food on the lower cooking plate. Good for meat, chicken, vegetables, fish, panini sandwiches, quesadillas, and more.
Place the upper plate on top and join the tow plates with the silicone bands at the sides. The food will be pressed and cooked by the grill.
Place the Microwave Grill in the microwave oven and follow the included cooking times. The Microwave Grill must be placed on a flat surface.
Some food and recipes need turning over during cooking. In these cases, remove the excess liquid before putting the Microwave Grill back in the microwave oven.
Remove the Microwave Grill from the microwave oven horizontally and with care. It will be hot. To remove it, keep it in a horizontal position to stop any juice from the food spilling
