Good from the StartWe source kale from a few regions in North America each season. We partner with kale growers to ensure we get the sweetest (least bitter) plants available.
From Growth to HarvestWe purchase fresh, organic kale weekly! By the time it starts its long, low temperature dehydration process, our kale has been de-stemmed, washed three times.
From harvest to SnackfestRather than frying, we make our crunchy Kale Chips by tossing fresh kale leaves in our hand-crafted blend of ground organic seeds, veggies, juices, herbs and spices and dehydrating them under low heat to maximize the nutritional potency.
