Delicious
I have downloaded many cookbooks onto my Kindle. This is actually the first one I have used to prepare a meal. This is also the first one I have kept. When I have looked through the others, I decided there really wasn't a single recipe I thought was worth trying, since it's awkward to use the Kindle and keep it clean on the kitchen counter while gathering and mixing the ingredients; so I deleted them. The recipes in this book were worth the risk. If you are vegetarian, you owe it to yourself to at least download the sample oft his book. The recipes I have tried are quick, easy, and flavorful.

Fantastic Menus
Being a vegetarian, having access to more varied dishes is wonderful. Even for those who are not vegetarians I would definitely recommend "Everyday Vegetarian Family Cookbook to try it out.


Really good, not difficult recipes -

I love it when I read a cook book and there are a bunch of recipes forwhich I think, "Gee, I only need to buy nor or two things to make this." None of the ingredients are far out but a lot of old favorites are used in new ways. Very cool. There are a few recipes to which I will addmeat, only so my husband will eat them, but if you can handle vegetarian fare, these are hearty recipes.

If I have to be honest, vegetarian meals are my personal favorites and I can happily live without meat at all. However, because I have to cook for a large family and my husband is a big meat lover, I always serve both vegetarian as well as meat dishes for those who like it.
This cookbook is a collection of my family's favorite vegetarian recipes -easy to make and always delicious. They can be served on their own or as side dishes with some meat. If you're looking for quick, healthy and nutritious meal ideas for your family, you may want to try some of our favorite vegetarian recipes.

About the Author

Vesela Tabakova lives in Bulgaria with her family of five, a crazy Jack Russell Terrier and three adopted dogs.

Reading is her passion and coffee is her drug of choice. She loves cooking and preparing natural, homemade beauty products for family and friends. Her inspiration comes from many tried and tested recipes which circulate within her extended family, but she also experiments all the time in order to create new and varied recipes, better suited to modern tastes.
