Petrolatum Gauze

A primary dressing ideal for use on non-draining wounds including tube sites, stomas, skin grafts, circumcision, burns, umbilical bandage, non-infected wounds, pressure ulcers (stage 2-4), fistulas or abrasions. Petrolatum Gauze provides soothing non-adherent protection with more convenience and less mess. Commonly used as an initial layer in surgical dressings. Perfect for skin graft sites, treatment of first degree burns, abrasions and wound packing.

Xeroform Petrolatum Gauze

A primary dressing Ideal for use on non-draining to lightly draining wounds including donor sites, colostomies, cancer resections, burn abrasions, skin graft sites, and all surgical incisions. Contraindicated for heavily draining wounds. Xeroform Petrolatum Gauze is very similar to our regular Petrolatum Gauze. However, Xeroform Petrolatum Gauze includes the addition of 3% (Bismuth Tribromophenate), which is a deodorizing agent. Our Xeroform Petrolatum Dressing provides soothing non-adherent protection with more convenience, less mess, and freshens as it protects. commonly used as an initial layer in surgical dressings and skin graft sites.

Packing Strips

Packing Strips are used for packing or as drainage conduits in wound care management applications such as nasal or sinus packing, boils, and other draining or tunneling wounds. Made of a woven gauze fabric which reduces linting and fraying. Available in Plain and Iodoform. The addition of Iodoform provides an odor-resisting packing strip that is ideal for draining wounds. Our Packing strips are Five-yards in length and are packaged in unbreakable poly bottles with vapor barrier caps and easily identified tamper evident seals.

Oil Emulsion Dressing

This is a primary dressing that is highly conformable and ideal for most draining wounds including burns, suture lines, lacerations, skin ulcers, episiotomy incisions and abrasions. Made of a permeable knitted fabric that allows wounds to drain freely into the absorbent dressing without adhering to granulating tissue.
