  How does oil pulling works?

  Although oral oil pulling works like magic, there is a simple science involved in it. Our mouth contains millions and billions of harmful agents. Most of these present in your mouth consists of a single cell that is surrounded by a fatty membrane. When you swish oil, the elements are drawn and dissolved in the liquid oil and are thrown out of your body.

  Direction for use:

  • For oral hygiene: Take one teaspoon (5 ml) of Teliaoils mouth oil and swish it around in your mouth for 1 to 3 minutes. It would be best to do it in the morning after waking up, before or after brushing teeth and before breakfast. In the evening, you can use it before or after you brush your teeth.
  • For oil pulling after Ayurveda use: Take one tablespoon (15 ml) of Teliaoils gum pulling oil and swish it around in your mouth for 20 to 30 minutes. Let the oil pass through your mouth, so it reaches everywhere.
