The book reflects the physical and low physical health is as important predictors of mortality as conventional risk factors, before-mentioned as smoking, hypercholesterolemia, hypertension, overweight, and diabetes. Recent evidence proposed that exercise capacity represents the most powerful predictor of total mortality in a clinical population, but very little is known about the predictive value of peak exercise oxygen consumption (VO2peak) in a general population of men with different pre-test probability (e.g., risk profile) about both fatal and non-fatal cardiovascular events.

Besides, conventional cardiovascular risk factors link, but the interaction of physical fitness with traditional risk agents has not been investigated. Second, the level of physical fitness was not taken into account while estimating the prognostic value of conventional risk factors. Good cardiorespiratory fitness has been associated with reduced risk for clinical events of atherosclerotic vascular diseases, but whether it is related to a slower progression of early atherosclerosis is unclear. There are no data on directly included cardiorespiratory fitness combined coronary risk evaluation concerning death from cardiovascular diseases and all-causes. We investigated the prognostic importance of risk scores and cardiorespiratory fitness concerning cardiovascular disease and allcause mortality. An important conclusion is that the risk numbers can be used to identify men for whom low cardiorespiratory health predicts an especially high risk for death from cardiovascular and any other purpose.

This study recommended that in this population, long-term CRF reduction was associated with an increased risk of mortality, emphasizing the importance of maintaining good CRF over the decades. The study aimed to quantitatively summaries the dose-response relationships between cardiorespiratory fitness and muscular strength on the one hand and risk of type two diabetes on the opposite and estimate the hypothetical benefits related to population-wide changes within the distribution of fitness. Higher cardiorespiratory health is related to lower risk of carcinoma incidence in former smokers and reduced risk of cancer fatality in current smokers who were diagnosed with carcinoma.

This book provides answers to every cardiorespiratory disease and the solution of the disease-related to cardiorespiratory.
