Amazingly Versatile Avocado
I love avocados, but had no idea this wonderfully healthy food could be used in so many different ways. This is a very useful cookery book to have around as it's full of simple yet imaginative recipes. I'm looking forward to the avocado smoothies.

Will Inspire You to Eat More Avocados!
What a great little book. I downloaded this on my Kindle since I love avocados and I wasn't disappointed. I wanted to do more with avocados than just guacamole or mashed avocado on toast. This book was really inspirational! They give so many different ideas of ways to use avocados in smoothies, salads, and wonderful sounding meals like Avocado Chicken Spaghetti. I will go back to this book time and again when I need more creative ideas ;)

My favorite cookbook
I love avocado but I usually eat it only with lemon and black pepper. I never realised I could combine it with so many foods, put it in pasta, muffins or even make a soup with it! Amazing.. this is my new favorite cookbook. Thank you..

There are some really good recipes in here. ......ones I haven't seen before. Salads...smoothies....and muffins.....can't wait to try them all!

Great little cookbook
I LOVE avocados. Grew up next door to an avocado orchard. This book is great. Has some really great ways to eat my favorite fruit.

I'll eat an avocado at any time of the day. In fact lately I have become somewhat obsessed with avocados. And that is not because they are incredibly healthy and loaded with important nutrients and are practically one of the healthiest food on the planet.
No, my interest in avocados was aroused when I discovered that they can actually taste amazing when combined with the right foods and spices. The other thing I discovered about avocados, and that is probably what turned me into an enthusiastic fan, is that when I eat avocado for breakfast, lunch or dinner I feel so full and satisfied that I am able to regulate my somewhat crazy appetite.

About the Author

Alissa Grey is a fitness and nutrition enthusiast who loves to teach people about losing weight and feeling better about themselves. She lives in a small village in the foothills of a beautiful mountain range with her husband, three teenage kids, two free spirited dogs, and various other animals.

Alissa is incredibly lucky to be able to cook and eat natural foods, mostly grown nearby, something she's done since she was a teenager. She enjoys yoga, running, reading, hanging out with her family, and growing organic vegetables and herbs.
