1. Rest: Stop the activity immediately.
2. Ice: Apply an ACE Brand Cold Compress.
3. Compression: Apply an ACE Brand Bandage to reduce swelling.

How to Use this Product

STEP 1:
Place in freezer for at least 2 hours.

STEP 2:
Apply directly to injured area, no towel or cover needed. Leave in place for no longer than 20 mins.

STEP 3:
Remove compress and return to freezer for at least 30 minutes before reapplying. Always return to freezer promptly for fastest reuse.
