Simply Wonderful Recipes!
I was pleasantly surprised by this book...very well written...simple, elegant, authentic recipes with easy to find ingredients. This will be my new go-to book for Mediterranean cooking. Also, can easily make the recipes gluten-free for Celiacs.
Lots of interesting recipes
I love all of the recipes that showcase vegan foods. The recipes are easy to follow although I suggest reading the entire recipe before making a shopping list. She sometimes refers to something in the ingredient list and then describes it differently in the later content (I.e. Tabbouleh recipe calls for onions in the ingredient list then clarifies that the author meant green onions later in the recipe). A few forgivable mistakes or omissions but the recipes ARE delicious. I can't wait to try them all.

Great reminder of some of the ingredients I'd forgotten, such as orzo!
When I was looking at the recipes I thought I"wonder if this person lives outside the USA" as I was reminded if my grandparents cooking.
She is from Europe, and I think that will help me give some twists to my regular recipe.
I'm vegan, and the recipes are either vegan or easily made so. Great read!
