(All typos have been corrected and updated). The Man Journal is specifically designed to make it easy to start (or continue the habit of) journaling. Its super simple but effective design and format helps encourage and foster a daily gratitude practice, especially if it is your first time journaling.

It is intentionally designed larger than your usual journal (A4), so you have plenty of space to write (because guys write big), with a nostalgic notebook feel.

Journaling helped me navigate the toughest year of my life, it helped me gain clarity, direction and purpose. It helped me navigate the loss of love and passion, and gave me inspiration to rise again.

The power of journaling comes from consistency, doing it everyday - when you wake in the morning and before you go to sleep.

There are 90 pages in this journal, why?

Because science shows that it takes 21 days to change a habit and 90 days to create a lifestyle change!

HOW TO USE:

In the morning:

  1. Read the quote each morning - ponder it and apply it today.
  2. Write down 3 things you are grateful for today.
  3. Write 3 things that will make your day Awesome!
  4. Write as MANY “I AM..” statements as you want eg. I am happy, I am successful, I am an awesome Dad etc.
In the evening before bed:
  1. Take a moment to reflect on your day and write the 3 things that made your day Awesome!
  2. Write down 3 things that could have made your day even more Awesome.
  3. Score or rank your day from 1-10.
