Excellent cookbook on Mediterranean recipes that are wheat free
This is the best cookbook I've read on wheat-free recipes. The author Vesela Tabokava, who is an expert chef, shares numerous mouth-watering Mediterranean dishes which are healthy and based on completely fresh ingredients, with many using buckwheat and quinoa.

Excellent!
Yet an other great book from this author. This book gives us a wonderful way to eat wheat free and still enjoy the reach flavours of Mediterranean cuisine. It is perfect for the people with wheat allergies, who normally have very few choices of good food and are limited to bland and boring cuisine. The recipes from this book can be enjoyed by everybody, which is great, because this way wheat free can be a way of healthy life without isolating members of the hole family. Excellent choices!

Welcome to Gluten Free Paradise!

I am particularly excited for this book since more people are becoming exposed to the benefits of having a gluten free diet. It can also be sometimes very expensive to live on a diet, but this book provides healthy and cheap alternatives that you can find in your own backyard or local market. I love all the books in the Healthy Cookbook Series(they are all a must have), but I do believe this book is a real gem in a time when most people are part of the gluten free movement. The Author is incredibly creative to serve up delicious, easy to follow appetizers from salads to soups and main courses that are of 5 star restaurant quality and easy to prepare in the comfort of your own home. Try these recipes and see for yourself! I highly recommend this book

About the Author

Vesela Tabakova lives in Bulgaria with her family of five, a crazy Jack Russell Terrier and three adopted dogs.

Reading is her passion and coffee is her drug of choice. She loves cooking and preparing natural, homemade beauty products for family and friends. Her inspiration comes from many tried and tested recipes which circulate within her extended family, but she also experiments all the time in order to create new and varied recipes, better suited to modern tastes.
