About the Author

Dr. Leonardo R. Giacchino is a Partner at Solutions Economics LLC. Over the course of more than 20 years, he has worked in more than 30 countries on over 100 projects addressing economic and regulatory issues for U.S. and international businesses, investors, governments, and organizations.

Dr. Jonathan A. Lesser is the founder and President of Continental Economics, Inc. an economic consulting firm that provides services on a broad array of market, regulatory,investment, and enviromental issues affecting all segments of the energy industry. Prior to founding Continental Economics, Dr. Lesser was a Partner at Bates White, LLC, and Senior Economist at Navigant Consulting. He also held positions at several investor owned electric utilities, as well as energy policy positions in Washington State and Vermont.
