Plant Therapy KidSafe Sweet Slumber Essential Oil Blend
When your children are struggling to fall asleep, try using Sweet Slumber in a DIY rub. To apply topically, dilute to 2-3% in your favorite carrier oil and apply to the back and/or chest before bedtime.
Sweet Slumber is an excellent tool to keep for children and adults who occasionally struggle to fall asleep. Cedarwood, Ho Wood, Sweet Orange, Roman Chamomile, and Vetiver make up this relaxing KidSafe blend.
This blend has a citrusy, woodsy scent with a hint of sweetness. To use aromatically, diffuse 2-3 drops in 100 mL of water before bedtime. Sweet Slumber is KidSafe and can be used by adults and children ages 2 and up.
