Breakfast Blend (Loose Leaf)
This hearty blend of traditional morning teas offers an energizing start to the day. Bold and robust black teas from Assam, Ceylon, and Darjeeling create a hearty, balanced and complex cup.
- Caffeine: High
- Brewing Instructions: To start your day, steep 1 heaping tsp. tea in 12 oz. hot water for 4-5 minutes. For iced tea, brew 2 tsp., cool and pour over ice.

How to Make a Tea Latte
Brew 2 heaping teaspoons of loose tea in 8 oz hot water. Heat 1/2 cup of the milk of your choice over the stove. Create a luscious foam to top your latte one of two ways: use a handheld milk frother, or toss your entire latte in the blender and aerate for a few pulses. Top with your favorite spices for that special finishing touch and enjoy!

How to Cold Brew Iced Tea
Cold-brewing is an easy way to make never-bitter iced tea with bright flavors. Simply steep 4 tea spoons of loose tea in 3 cups cold water for 8-10 hours in the fridge. Try infusing your cold brew overnight with fresh herbs or fruit, or mix two different teas to create your own flavor.
Please note, steeping tea in freshly boiled water is an important food safety step. If you are concerned about this, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider to determine if cold brew is right for you.
