Micro Balance EC3 Mold Solution Concentrate is a botanically derived solution designed to clean and deodorize surfaces and belongings. It can be used on both porous and non-porous items. This solution contains a proprietary blend of citrus seed extracts. EC3 Mold Solution Concentrate can be wiped or misted over all surfaces like countertops, furniture, and floors and soft surfaces like drapes, bedding, and carpets. Note: EC3 Mold Solution Concentrate is not formulated to be a tile or grout cleaner for stains. If you have staining, please see the directions below.

To use EC3 Mold Solution Concentrate for discoloration or staining, treat the area, then scrub or use high-pressure spray or steam to remove the stain. There are no chemical lifting agents in the formula, so manual cleaning is required. Once the area is clean, you can then mist EC3 over the area, or where staining typically occurs, to prevent the stain from returning.
