Lower back pain from a weightlifting lifting injury can be frustrating. It’s even more frustrating if you have the same experience most lifters do:

  • Chiropractic adjustments only last a few days 
  • Massages feel great until you wake up the next morning
  • You feel like you’ve tried every stretch & exercise on Youtube

I get it. I’ve experienced lower back pain from a deadlifting gone badly as well. I was lost, hopeless and in denial.

At 37, I thought I was just “getting old.” My limping started to solicit advice from concerned friends: more core work, massage, better posture, magic stretches, ice, heat, better lifting form, medication and surgery.

It’s hard to sift through what’s right and what’s wrong for my own recovery, even though I helped people with back pain for a living.

Many people get lost in the endless information that’s available from friends, professionals and Internet “fixes”.

In this workbook, I share my story in hopes it will help you sift through your information. As I’ve learned, there are tons of BS treatments and old information flying around about how to get rid of lower back pain for good.

As a survivor of back pain and a clinical director of an office who specializes in back and buttocks pain, allow me to help guide you in the right direction.

At the end of the workbook, expect to feel energized and motivated to find your solution.

I currently have no back pain, have returned to heavy lifting, running and baseball. I believe you can as well with the right formula!
