Step 1: WipeOut
Using the WipeOut on dry hair, saturate the entire head of hair. Massage thoroughly into the scalp and let sit for 20 minutes. Rinse (with or without shampoo & conditioner) and towel dry. Completely detangle the hair before proceeding to the combing process.
Step 2: Pro Lice Comb
Once the hair is completely free of tangles, divide it into 1 inch sections and comb from root to ends with the Pro Lice Comb. The comb should be scraping the scalp and go through the length of hair. It is normal for the combing process to be uncomfortable, keeping the hair wet and conditioned will help reduce discomfort.
Step 3: Re-Check the Hair
We recommend re-checking the hair every other day for at least one week following a treatment. Use the Pro Lice Comb to check the hair for re-infestation, or any lice evidence that may have been left behind. You may use the WipeOut as often as needed to re-treat the hair or as a preventative step.
Step 4: Be Proactive
If lice is ongoing problem in your child's world, continue to check them once a week for re-exposure. If an adult louse is found your child may have picked up a new case of head lice. Keep long hair in buns or braids and use repellants to reduce the chance of re infestation.

How long will it take WipeOut Natural Lice Products to work?
Our research shows that WipeOut can kill head lice in as little as 5 to 10 minutes but for maximum results we recommend leaving WipeOut on the hair for 20 minutes. WipeOut should also be used in conjunction with the Pro Lice Comb. After applying and rinsing, the Pro Lice Comb should be used to remove nits and to check the hair for lice evidence every other day for at least one week.
