• TASTE - Black Gum Tupelo honey has a light amber color and is very thick. It has a well balanced sweetness to it that pairs exceptionally well with teas. This is a prized rare honey. • NATURAL - This pure honey is lightly strained from the extractor. We leave all the good stuff from the hive in the jar. Cold packing honey and hand bottling is important to preserve the enzymes in the honey that can be destroyed with heated fast packaging lines.
