A: Yes you can. Very light weight. Not tight and restricting like some swim type.

A: Loose, I hate fitted shirts! This mens uv protection shirt is perfect.

6. Q: Are these shirts good for protection for a day at the beach, mostly in the water?
A: Great for protection. I was in direct sunlight all day and it saved me from a burn. Not in water though.
