How to Get Accurate Measurements?

1. Be still and sit correctly

2. Take a rest for about 10 minutes at least before measuring, expecially after walking home, excersicing.

3. Fit the cuff to the monitor correctly, and the cuff should be able to leave at leat 1-2 cm on the upper arm

4. No talking or moving when measuring

5. Measure at the same time every day

6. Don't take the measurement over clothes

Important Notes:

1. The blood pressure is different throughout the day due to weather, emotion, exercise and other various factors. For maximum accuracy you can use the option to average your last 3 readings.

2. It should be measured at least Twice each time at an interval of five minutes; longer time interval might be needed for different personal health status.

Date & Time Setting:

1). When the bpm is off, long press “S”button about 3s to enter the mode for year setting.

2). Press “M” button to change the [Year]. Each press will increase the numeral by one in a cycling manner. (If it is the right year 2022, please just press S to save it, if not, please hold and press "M" button to increase the number, and then click "S" button to save it)

3). When you get the right year, press “S” to save it and turn to next step. You can set the [Date Format] between D/M and M/D by pressing 'M' button, and save it to next step. ie: today is 11/3, just press the “M” button until the Month is 11 and then press “S” to save it and you can change the date still by pressing the “M” button and “S” to save it.

4). Press “M” to change the time and “S ” to save it.

Please kindly note “M” is for changing and “S” for saving.

5) After the device is set, the LCD will display" dONE" and all the setting will be displayed.

How to Pair with the BP machine and the APP?

1.Download 1 byone health app and register an account, fill in the information to complete the account

2.Select a device, click the left top corner icon, and then click" add", choose "Bluetooth Arm BP Monitor", select the correct item

3. Pairing the device

-Open app, the app will show up a notify to let you turn on the Bluetooth and connect the monitor, click "OK" to turn on the Bluetooth.

-When the bp monitor is off status, press and hold the "START/STOP" button for 5 seconds to initiate pairing. The Bluetooth symbol will blink, indicating the pairing is in process

-please note keep the app open, and then press the "START/STOP" button again to start the measurement, the blood pressure monitor will automtically transfer the data to the app, please click "save" to finish the measurement.

Error Code and Methods

E1---The cuff is not secure---Refasten the cuff and then measure again.

E2---The cuff is very tight---Refasten the cuff and then measure again.

E3---The cuff has excess pressure---Relax for a moment and then measure again.

E10 or E11---The monitor detects motion or talking, Or the user's pulse is too weak.---Relax for a moment and then measure again.

EEXX---A calibration error occurred---Retake the measurement

E20--- The monitor does not detect the pulse signal---Loosen the cothing on the arm and then measure again.

E21---The measurement failed--- Relax for a moment and then measure again.
